Meet the Coach

I am a native Minnesotan and currently I reside in St. Cloud, MN.  After years in the nonprofit world, I made the leap into fulfilling my dream of operating my own business in July 2022.  There was always spark inside of me to have a business that helped people with their personal and professional development, and every step of creating this coaching venture has brought me such joy.

I believe I was led down this path because of my personal experience.  In my early adult life, I suffered from anorexia, self-harm, PTSD, and depression.  After the healing and recovery process, I still found myself lost as to what was next.  It took me many years of wandering before I became a confident, successful leader.  If only I had a life coach to help me build my self-confidence and self-esteem!

 It wasn't until my late 30's that I took a deep dive into my personal development, and the journey of self-discovery has brought me genuine happiness. I decided to make it my mission to help individuals achieve that same fulfillment. As an Empowerment Coach, I assist people in their personal growth and development journey.  I am also a Recovery Coach, that can help those who have already gone through treatment for an eating disorder achieve a positive mindset.  Another aspect of my business is motivational speaking, in which my signature talks are on resiliency, recovery, and the power of positivity.
