Meet Kelly

Smiling woman with red hair and multiple tattoos on her arms and chest.

Kelly Doss, CPC

I am a native Minnesotan currently residing in St. Cloud, MN. After years in the nonprofit world, I fulfilled my dream of operating my own business. There has always been a spark inside me to create a business that assists people with their personal development and professional growth, and every step of launching this venture has brought me immense joy.

I hold B.A. degrees in political science and psychology from St. Cloud State University. I furthered my education at the University of Dallas, earning my master's in political science. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I have held positions as executive director and development director, and I have served on several boards and committees. In the spring of 2022, I became a certified professional coach and opened Resiliency Coaching, LLC in June 2022. I am currently working on my teaching memoir and co-hosted a podcast with Reva Van Vleet starting in November 2025, focusing on eating disorder recovery. My personal experiences with insurance companies while seeking treatment for my eating disorder have motivated me to run for Congress in 2026, with my primary focus being healthcare for all!

The core mission of Resiliency Coaching is to use my recovery experience to help others. In my early adult life, I struggled with anorexia, self-harm, PTSD, and depression. I discovered that recovery came in stages and was not a linear process. Even after the harmful behaviors stopped, I had much internal work to do. It took years, but my determination and resilience have shaped me into who I am today. I aim to share the lessons I learned with people everywhere, hoping to inspire them on their journeys of recovery, personal development, and the pursuit of happiness.
